Kate Schieldt founded HR Partner LLC with a commitment to providing superior human resource expertise with innovative, value-added solutions to meet our clients' needs. HR Partner works with companies to lead them on traditional human resource, policy development and formation, compliance issues and strategic management - all designed to lead your business to the next level.

Kate has more than 15 years of senior human resource management experience.  She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Kate had been the top human resource executive for a large manufacturing firm.  Her experience includes managing human resources, compensation and benefits, recruitment, safety, occupational health and worker's compensation. Her experience also includes implementing and managing a self-insured health plan and a self-insured and administered worker's compensation program. Kate’s experience also includes several Board of Directors positions, community leadership roles, volunteerism and professional affiliations.

Kate has served clients in the retail, service, health, construction, insurance, non-profit and manufacturing industries.
